St Michael's Church Of England Primary School

Mental Health & Wellbeing

At St Michael's CE Primary school, we understand that wellbeing and good mental health are fundamental in allowing every child to flourish in our school.

If you have any concerns regarding your child's mental health or emotional wellbeing, you can in the first instance speak to the class teacher or contact the school's Senior Mental Health Lead, Mrs Bruen at school either by phone or email to the school office. Mrs Bruen can provide guidance and refer you to relevant support services if needed.

The school is involved in the Rochdale Mental Health Support Teams Project (MHST) and has access to a Mental Health Practitioner on site one day per week. Referrals to this service are managed by Mrs Bruen.
