Mental Health and Well Being

Within our local community there are a number of fantastic services to support children and families. Here are some of the new services shared this week offering counselling, advice and support as we continue to adapt and change.

Respect For All Counselling

Provides a telephone helpline with trained counsellors. They work with children and adults, you can also speak to them about a family member or friend.

It’s an app aimed to help 10 to 18 year olds which is currently free and has been adapted to the current COVID-19 crisis - check it out and spread the word
